Pioneers defeated Croatia twice, Vujović: There were a lot of positive things

The pioneering basketball team of Montenegro defeated Croatia twice in the preparatory matches for the "Slovenia ball".

Bojan Bakić's team won in Dubrovnik 95:84, while in Tivat it was 83:74.

The coaching staff is extremely satisfied with the editions of our basketball players.

"This is the first longer gathering for all of us before the main preparations for the 'Slovenia ball'. As part of the camp, we had friendly matches against Croatia and we recorded both triumphs. There were a lot of positive things in both matches, all the players got a chance, but the desire , good will, positive energy and self-sacrifice led us to victory. There is room for work and it is good that it is so, because I believe that this team has a bright future," said Ivana Vujović, who is an assistant coach in the selection.

"Slovenia ball" this year will start on August 16, Montenegro is defending the title.
