The coach of the Greek basketball team, Dimitris Itudis, shortened the list for the upcoming Mundobasket, and Janis Adetokumba is not on the list due to knee problems.
It is already known that Niko Kalates and Kostas Slukas are not there.
Despite Adetokumba's current absence, Itudis still believes that could change.
"The team doctors and the Milwaukee Bucks doctors will tell us that, he is trying to play for Greece, but the injury is such that he will soon be reevaluated and we will find out if he will be able to play or not," explained Itudis.
Greece is in the Mundobasket group with USA, Jordan and New Zealand. This group meets in the second phase with the group that includes Montenegro, Lithuania, Mexico and Egypt.
The list includes: Tomas Vokap, Dimitris Moraitis, Mihalis Luncis, Janulis Larencakis, Lefteris Bohoridis, Panajotis Kalaicakis, Vasilis Toliopoulos, Kostas Papanikolaou, Janis Papapetrou, Nikos Rogavopoulos, Tanasis Adetokumbo, Dinos Mitoglu, Dimitris Agravanis, Manos Hacidakis, Jorgos Papayanis, Kostas Adetokumbo, Jorgos Calburis.
