Vucevic: I missed shots that I normally hit

The basketball national team of Montenegro is moving from second place to the second phase of Mundobasket.

Today Boško Radović's team lost to Lithuania in the derby (91:71).

Nikola Vučević was the most effective (19 points, 11 from penalties), but he, like the entire team, had a lot of missed shots (4/13 from the field).

"Today I missed a lot of shots, which I usually hit in my career. That's basketball - you have to give it, if it doesn't go against this team, then it's difficult. I think we held on well for two and a half, three quarters. We fought, we tried to close the gap, they played great. They played great from start to finish, they didn't let us have anything easy. They ran well, scored and deserved to win. It's our fault that the difference is this big. But what - it's there. We turn around to the next match," said Vucevic after the match for Sport Club.

In the second phase, Montenegro will play the USA and Greece or New Zealand.
