Greece, although weakened without several players, is a quality selection, among the ten best in the world, said Montenegrin coach Boško Radović.
On the eve of tomorrow's duel (10.40 am), he said that the match, although it does not decide the quarter-finals, has a significant result.
"Each victory brings points for the rank on the FIBA list, so even if there is nothing in the World Cup for me and there are no unimportant games. Every game is important, including the one tomorrow with Greece," said Radović.
Speaking about Sunday's duel, he pointed out that it will be different basketball compared to all four previous matches in the championship.
"Until now, they were mostly teams we played with with a lot of transition. Greece is a little different, they play patiently, they look for excess, open shots. They are physically very strong, maybe even physically better than Lithuania. We have a difficult match ahead of us, we have to be concentrated and we expect a good game," said Radović.
The winger of the Montenegrin national team, Dino Radončić, said that they want to leave a good impression and show that they are a quality team.
"We want to leave a good impression, to go home with a positive result and to show once again that everything we did was not by chance," said Radončić.
He pointed out that the absence of the main players was felt in the Greek selection.
"It will be a strange match, both of us are not playing at all, but in any case we have to show from the first minute that we came here to win. If not, it will be difficult, and the desire and motivation must not fail," said Radončić .
