Good news for all the girls and boys who are in love with the magical game under the hoops - the Basketball Association of Montenegro will promote the new project "Bambi basket" during March, April and May in all three regions of our country, which from the next season will also be of a competitive nature.
As stated, KSCG is working hard on the application of several FIBA projects, and they emphasize that "Bambi basket" is intended for girls and boys aged six to nine.
KSCG explains that after the final mini basketball tournaments for 2012 and 2013 are held, it is planned to organize the first Basketball Festival, which will be an opportunity to present the FIBA project 'Foundation - Basketball for good' to the public in the most beautiful way. .
"All basketball schools in Montenegro have been activated, so that as many children as possible can participate in this project," says Maja Milutinović, project coordinator.
She emphasized that KSCG also has special ideas.
"To activate 10-year-old kids in those matches, who would have the role of judging, being in the role of presenter, all with the aim of getting as many children as possible involved in a direct or indirect way. Although this is something new and represents a great novelty for the youngest I believe that it will quickly cause extremely positive reactions," added Maja Milutinović.
