The Boston basketball players beat the Miami team last night at home with 118:84 and advanced to the semifinals of the playoffs of the Eastern Conference of the NBA League.
Jalen Brown and Derrick White led the Celtics to 4:1 in the series with 25 points each, Sam Hauser added 17, and Jason Tatum had 16 points and 12 rebounds.
Bem Adebayo was the best in the Miami team with 23 points, while Tyler Hiro scored 15. In the last match of the season, Serbian basketball player Nikola Jović recorded eight points, seven rebounds and four assists.
Boston will play the winner of the series between Cleveland and the Orlando Magic in the second round of the playoffs. Cavaliers lead 3:2.
Dallas basketball players took a 3:2 lead against the Los Angeles Clippers in the first round of the Western Conference playoffs, as they won 123:93 as guests.
The most deserving of Dallas' victory was Luka Dončić, who scored 20 of his 35 points in the second half and added ten assists and seven rebounds.
"If it wasn't a playoff game, I wouldn't have played. I don't feel well, I had a high temperature and, in addition, an injury to my right knee. But these are games in which you forget about the pain," Doncic said.
In the Dallas team, except for Kyrie Irving, everyone shot great this morning.
Maximilian Kleber scored 15 from the three-point line with great percentages from the German (7-5), while Kyrie Irving and Jaden Hardy contributed to the Mavericks' victory with 14 points each.
Among the Clippers, Paul George was the best with 15 points and 11 rebounds and Ivica Zubac, who also scored 15 points, with a great shot and only one miss (8-7).
The next game of this series is scheduled for the night between Friday and Saturday in Dallas.
