Last night, the Boston basketball players beat the Indiana team 126:110 and took a 2:0 lead in the finals of the Eastern Conference of the NBA League.
Unlike the first game of this series, which was decided after overtime, Boston did not allow excitement in the second, so after the first quarter it mostly had a double-digit advantage and calmly brought the match to an end.
Indiana led 27:22 a little more than a minute before the end of the first quarter, but then the Celtics' 20:0 run followed, so the home team reached plus 15 (42:27). By the end of the second quarter, the visiting team came within six points, then within two points during the third quarter, but then stopped.
Jalen Brown led the Celtics to 2:0 with 40 points, he was best followed by Jayson Tatum and Derrick White with 23 points each, while Jrue Holiday recorded 15 points and ten assists.
In the ranks of Indiana, Pascal Siakam was the most effective with 28 points, Andrew Nembard added 16, Obi Topin 11, and Tyris Hailbarton ten points.
The next game of this series will be played on the night of Saturday and Sunday, and the host will be Indiana.
