The Greek representative, Kostas Slukas, will miss the upcoming Olympic Games qualifiers.
Slukas injured his knee at the end of the season, and after detailed examinations it was established that he had to take a break.
Qualification for the Olympic Games is from July 2 to 7. Greece hosts one qualifying tournament, and is in a group with Egypt and the Dominican Republic.
Slovenia, Croatia and New Zealand are in the second group.
On June 25, at the Acropolis Cup, Greece will play a control match against Montenegro.
