The women's junior basketball team of Montenegro will play in the semi-finals of the B European Championship in Romania.
The Montenegrin juniors defeated the Slovakian selection 65:57 today in the quarter-final match, after extra time.
The team of coach Petar Stojanović was losing 32:47 in the 36nd minute, but they did not give up, they managed to win overtime, and then to reach a great victory worthy of the semi-finals.
The most effective in the Montenegrin selection was Atina Radević with 23, Jelena Bulajić scored 21, while Ljube Andrić finished the match with 11 points and rebounds each.
Tomorrow, Montenegro will play against the winner of the match between Bulgaria and Lithuania in the semi-finals.
