The Buducnost Bemaksa basketball team will play tomorrow in Zagreb against Trešnjevka in the 12th round of the WABA League.
This will be the Podgorica team's first match in 2025, after being bye in the last round.
Buducnost has achieved maximum performance so far and has registered all nine wins, while the team from Zagreb has four wins and four losses.
Coach Petar Stojanović said that the Podgorica team, after a twenty-day break, is expecting a difficult away game.
"We know that we have a difficult away game ahead of us, because Trešnjevka is a very talented team, covered in all positions, which has its own ambitions, which is confirmed by the fact that it is fighting for the final four. We have a big fight ahead of us, a lot of work to do, but I hope that we will be right for the whole 40 minutes and respond in the right way," said Stojanović.
Buducnost won the first duel in front of their fans 81:56.
Point guard Jovana Savković said that Trešnjevka is a young and uneasy team, undefeated on home soil this season.
"As always, the focus will be on us and our game, and we will certainly do our best to continue our winning streak," said Savković.
The duel in the Sutinska Vrela hall will start at 18 pm.
