Nikola Jokić continues to push the boundaries in the NBA. The center from Sombor recorded a triple-double (10 points, 14 rebounds, 10 assists) in Denver's victory over Dallas (118:99), and it was clear by the eighth assist that he had achieved a historic performance.
He became the fastest player in NBA history to reach 15.000 points, 7.500 rebounds, and 5.000 assists.
It took him 709 games to reach that result; the fastest before him was Larry Bird, who needed 799 to reach those numbers.
In addition, Jokić is only the second center with 5.000 assists in NBA history, before him only Kareem Abdul-Jabbar managed to do so.
