Women's basketball team starts preparations for Switzerland and Luxembourg tomorrow

The Montenegrin women's basketball team will begin preparations for the final round of EuroBasket qualifiers tomorrow.

In the February cycle, the Montenegrin national team will visit Switzerland and host Luxembourg.

The visit to Switzerland is scheduled for February 6, while three days later they will host Luxembourg in Bar.

In the qualifying phase so far, Luxembourg and Montenegro have an identical performance in Group H (three wins and a loss), Switzerland has two wins and two losses, while the Bosnia and Herzegovina team is without a triumph in four matches.

Coach Jelena Škerović previously announced the list, which includes 16 basketball players.

Invited are: Milica Jovanović (Miskolc, Hungary), Bojana Kovačević (Hapoel Petah Tikva, Israel), Jovana Pašić, (Hapoel Kfar Saba, Israel), Dragana Živković (without club), Marija Leković (Fenerbahçe, Turkey), Sofija Živaljević (without club), Maja Bigović (Budućnost Bemax), Zorana Radonjić (Budućnost Bemax), Milena Bigović (Budućnost Bemax).

The list also includes Nikolina Ilić (Budućnost Bemax), Jelena Bulajić (Budućnost Bemax), Jovana Savković (Budućnost Bemax), Janja Dragišić (Budućnost Bemax), Jelena Vučetić (without a club), Sanja Akšam (Crvena zvezda, Serbia), Nataša Mek (without a club).

The basketball team will gather in Podgorica and immediately proceed to Bar where they will train until Wednesday, when they plan to travel to Switzerland.
