The Montenegrin women's basketball team will play tomorrow in Bar against Luxembourg in the final round of Group H of the European Championship qualifiers.
The Montenegrin women's basketball team needs an 11-point victory to qualify for the eighth consecutive European Championship.
Coach Jelena Škerović said that the basketball players are aware of the situation they are in and that she is sure that they will do their best to finish the qualifications in the right way.
"I hope that the audience will come in larger numbers and that it will help us achieve our goal, which is to qualify for the European Championship," said Škerović.
She pointed out that the additional burden is that, in addition to winning, a certain difference is also necessary.
"We are to blame for this situation. There are no excuses, it's the last chance, so through this game we have to grow as a team, but also gain some new experience," emphasized Škerović.
Luxembourg won the first head-to-head match 71:49.
"We have to show that we are better. Some situations with players during the season have not gone our way, but we have quality, the girls have experience, so I believe we can achieve the result we need. We put ourselves in this situation, so we have to get out of it ourselves," said Škerović.
The match at the Topolica hall will start at 16 pm, and admission is free.
