The Los Angeles Clippers tied the game at 1-1 against Denver in the first round of the Western Conference playoffs of the American Professional Basketball League (NBA), after winning 105-102 on the road.
The Clippers' most efficient player was Kawhi Leonard with 39 points. James Harden added 18 points and seven assists, Croatian center Ivica Zubac achieved a double-double with 16 points and 12 rebounds, while Norman Powell scored 13 points.
For Denver, Serbian international Nikola Jokić led the way with 26 points, 12 rebounds, 10 assists and three steals. Jamal Murray added 23 points and six assists, Michael Porter Jr. had a double-double with 15 points and 15 rebounds, while Aaron Gordon and Russell Westbrook each scored 14 points.
The next game will be played on the night between Thursday and Friday at the Clippers' arena in Inglewood, while the winner of this series will play against the winner of the Oklahoma and Memphis duel in the Western Conference semifinals.
Detroit tied the game at 1-1 against New York in the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs, after winning 100-94 on the road.
Cade Cunningham led Detroit with 33 points and 12 rebounds. Dennis Schruder added 20 points, Tobias Harris had 15 points and 13 rebounds, while Jalen Duran had 12 points, 13 rebounds and three blocks.
For New York, Jalen Brunson led the way with 37 points and seven assists. Mikal Bridges added 19 points, five rebounds and three steals, while Augie Anunoby, Karl-Anthony Towns and Josh Hart each scored 10 points, with seven rebounds and five assists.
This is Detroit's first playoff win since 2008.
The next game will be played on the night between Thursday and Friday in Detroit, and the winner of this series will play against the better team from the Boston and Orlando duel in the Eastern Conference semifinals.
