The Los Angeles Clippers took a 2-1 lead against Denver in the first round of the Western Conference playoffs in the American Professional Basketball League (NBA), after they won 117:83 at home on the night between Wednesday and Friday.
The Clippers were led to victory by Kawhi Leonard with 21 points, 11 rebounds and six assists, followed by Norman Powell and James Harden with 21 each and Ivica Zubac with 19 points.
Serbian national team player for the Clippers, Bogdan Bogdanović, recorded two points, three assists and one rebound in 10 minutes spent on the court.
Denver's best player was Serbian international Nikola Jokić with 23 points, 13 rebounds and 13 assists, while Jamal Murray with 23 and Aaron Gordon with 15 points also stood out.
The fourth game will be played on the night between Saturday and Sunday, and the Clippers will once again be the hosts.
The New York Knicks took a 2-1 lead against Detroit in the first round of the playoffs, winning 118-116 on the road.
The most efficient players for New York were Karl-Anthony Towns with 31, Jaylen Brunson with 30, OG Anunoby with 22 and Mikal Bridges with 20 points.
Cade Cunningham and Tim Hardaway were the best performers for Detroit with 24 points each. The fourth game is on the night between Saturday and Sunday and Detroit is the host.
Oklahoma City's basketball team took a 3-0 lead against Memphis after winning 114-108 on the road.
Oklahoma's best player was Shay Gilges-Alexander with 31 points, followed by Jaylen Williams with 26 and Chet Holmgren with 24 points.
For Memphis, Scottie Pippen scored 28 and Jaren Jackson scored 22 points. The fourth game will be played on Saturday and Memphis will host the game.
