Cleveland's most efficient players were Donovan Mitchell with 22, Deandre Hunter with 19, Ty Jerome with 18 and Evan Mobley with 17 points.
For Miami, Nikola Jović was better than the others, recording 29 points, five rebounds and two assists in 24 minutes on the court, while Bam Adebayo also stood out with 13 points and 12 rebounds.
Cleveland will play the better team from the Indiana - Milwaukee duel in the second round, and the current score in that series is 3:1 for Indiana.
Golden State's basketball players took a 3-1 lead in the series against Houston, after winning 109-106 on their home court in the fourth game.
Golden State was led to victory by Jimmy Butler with 27 and Brandon Podzemski with 26 points, followed by Steph Curry with 17, Buddy Hield with 15 and Quentin Post with 13 points.
Alperen Shengun stood out for Houston with 31 points, 10 rebounds and five assists.
The next match is scheduled for the night between Wednesday and Thursday and is hosted by Houston.
