He is a winger born in Roanne, 30 years old and no stranger to the Podgorica club and its fans.
We often had the opportunity to watch Butej in "Morača" in the jerseys of Unika, Turk Telekom, Bahçeşehir and he was always one of the best on the court.
Throughout his career, Butej has established himself as a versatile basketball player who is an excellent scorer, good at rebounding, and also a great secondary playmaker.
Last season, he played for Başakşehir with Montenegrin national team player Marko Simonović, and was coached by our expert Dejan Radonjić - he averaged 11,1 points (53 percent from the field, an excellent 43,2 percent from three), with 4,8 rebounds per game.
