The third reinforcement in Podgorica - the basketball players of Budućnost Voli are slowly being completed.
After point guard Oleksandr Kovliar and winger Aksel Butey, the center arrived.
The new face in the capital of Montenegro is Frenchman Jerry Frank Butsiel.
He wore the Dubai jersey last season.
