The previous season was great, Nikola Ivanovic excelled in Brescia, so the Italian club decided to extend the cooperation with the Montenegrin basketball player.
As announced today by Brescia, Ivanovic will remain at this club until 2027.
"Breša is proud and pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached with playmaker Nikola Ivanovic to extend his contract until 2027," the club said in a statement.
Ivanovic arrived in Brescia last summer. In the Italian championship, he averaged 13,8 points, with 3,9 assists, and an average index of 16,3. Led by Ivanovic, Brescia reached the final of the Italian championship, where they were defeated by Virtus.
"The decision to extend my contract was one of the easiest and most logical I have ever made. I am very happy to be staying in Brescia, in a hospitable environment, where my family and I have fit in perfectly. I hope that next season will be filled with even more excellent results and unforgettable moments," said Ivanovic.
