Partizan basketball players recorded a victory at the start of the ABA League season with minor problems.
The reigning champion defeated Krka 84:78 at the Belgrade Arena in a Group A match that was very uncertain from the middle of the third quarter.
The home team dominated for a long time, having an 18-point lead at the start of the second half on several occasions, but the Slovenians came back into the game and tied the score at 61:61 at the beginning of the final period.
The favorite's triumph, however, was not in question, and Partizan knew how to create and maintain a secure advantage in the rest of the game.
Captain Vanja Marinković led the "black and whites" with 15 points, Aleksej Pokushevsky had 12, and Karlik Jones had 10.

Victor Bailey stood out for Krka with 29 points.
