The Chicago Bulls managed to come away with a triumph in a tough away game in Orlando - 110:98, and are celebrating in their second game of the season.
Nikola Vučević was excellent again with 15 points, without missing from three (1-1) and from the free throw line (4-4), while he missed only two of a total of seven shots. He had eight rebounds, one offensive rebound and two assists in 31 minutes on the floor.
He also had great help from his teammates, Josh Giddy scored 21 points. Jalen Smith added 16, and Ayo Dosunmu 15. Paolo Bankero stood out for Orlando with 24 points and 10 rebounds, Anthony Black added 19, and Franz Wagner 17 points.
Denver defeated the Phoenix Suns at the Ball Arena - 133:111.
Nikola Jokić triple-double - 166. He had 14 points, 14 rebounds and 15 assists, which he shared as if on a tape until 2,26 minutes before the end of the half, when he took his first shot. He was followed by Jamal Murray with 23 points, Christian Brown scored 20, and Aaron Gordon scored 17 points. Cameron Johnson also scored in double figures with 15 and Jonas Valanciunas with 12 points.
In Phoenix, Devin Booker scored 31 points, but without real team support.
The champions celebrated in Atlanta with a score of 117:100. Chet Holmgren had 31 points and 12 rebounds, last season's MVP Shay Gilgeous Alexander had one point less, while German Isaiah Hartenstein contributed to Oklahoma's victory with a double-double of 14 points and 10 rebounds.
