The most efficient players for Partizan were Sterling Brown with 19, Dwayne Washington with 15 and Tyreke Jones with 14 points.
Hapoel was led to victory by Colin Malcolm with 17 points.
Partizan is in 15th place with three wins and four losses, and Hapoel is first with six wins and one loss.
In the next round, Partizan will host Barcelona, while Hapoel will host Olympiacos in Athens.
Due to the situation in Israel, Hapoel plays its home Euroleague matches in Sofia.
