Chicago's basketball team is on a losing streak - the Bulls lost to Utah last night after two overtimes (150:147), which is their fifth failure in a row.
Utah could have finished the job in the regular period - after Josh Giddy's point, Chicago took the lead 127:126, and then with 19 seconds left, Lauri Markkanen stepped to the free throw line and hit a penalty (127:127).
The game went into the first overtime, during which Utah had a four-point lead on several occasions, but Kobe White scored for 136:136 and brought the game into the second overtime. Utah had a six-point difference (142:136) in that part of the game, but Chicago managed to tie it (142:142), and then with two seconds left, Kiyonta George hit a three-pointer and the "Jazzers" reached the triumph. Chicago had another attack, and Nikola Vučević missed the three-pointer for the third overtime.
Montenegrin national team player Nikola Vučević played another excellent game, finishing with a double-double of 21 points and 12 rebounds, and had two more assists.
The most efficient player for Chicago was White with 27 points, while Giddy finished the match with 26.
On the other side, Markkanen scored 47 and George 33.
