The Washington Wizards snapped a 14-game losing streak in the NBA after defeating Atlanta 132-113 at home last night.
The most responsible for Washington's first triumph in exactly a month was CJ McCollum, who scored 46 points, with ten three-pointers made out of 13 attempts.
He was best followed by Alex Sarr with 27 points and 11 rebounds and Corey Kispert with 19 points. Tristan Vukcevic spent ten minutes on the floor and during that time he recorded seven points and two rebounds.
The most efficient players in the losing team were Kristaps Porzingis with 22 and Onyeka Okongwu with 20 points.
In the Los Angeles derby, the Lakers defeated the Clippers 135:118 on their home court, recording their fifth consecutive triumph.
Luka Dončić led the Lakers to victory with 43 points, 13 assists and nine rebounds. It was his 51st career game in which he scored at least 40 points.
In addition to Dončić, Austin Reeves also stood out with 31 and LeBron James with 25 points.
For the Clippers, who were again without Bogdan Bogdanović due to injury, James Harden was the most efficient with 29 points. Ivica Zubac had 10 points and rebounds and four assists.
Orlando's basketball players celebrated a convincing 144:103 victory over Philadelphia on the road. Anthony Black was the most efficient player on the winning team, scoring 31 points, 27 of which came in the first half. Tyrese Maxey led the way with 20 points.
