The most decorated European coach, Željko Obradović, has decided to resign as head coach of Partizan.
He resigned as head coach of Partizan basketball team, announced "Mozzart Sport".
The club will now decide whether to accept the resignation of the famous coach.
The "Black and Whites" are playing poorly this Euroleague season, with only four wins and nine losses.
The day before Obradović's decision, his team suffered a 91:69 defeat to Panathinaikos.
Obradović is a nine-time EuroLeague champion. He won his first title with Partizan Belgrade in 1992, and returned to the club as a coach in 2021.
In the last two seasons, the team has been playing very poorly, and in the meantime, the coach's relationship with the players who should be the leaders of the game has been disrupted.
