Young Montenegrin coaches have new assignments - Vaso Milović took over Jahorina, while Petar Kusovac became the coach of Danilovgrad.
Milović succeeds Slobodan Ninić on the bench of Jahorina. Jahorina is 12th in the ABA2 league table with two wins and two losses, while in the league of Bosnia and Herzegovina they are in first place with a score of 6-2. He will make his debut on the bench on Saturday against Orlovik in the domestic championship.
Baranin began his coaching career as an assistant to Mihailo Pavićević at Mornar. He worked as an assistant in Romania and as an advisor for the national team's junior categories in Iran.
He was the coach of the U18 national team of Montenegro at the EuroBasket B Division in Portugal in 2023.
Petar Kusovac took over Danilovgrad, and before that he was the coach of the pioneers Podgorica.
Danilovgrad is in last place in the First Montenegrin Basketball League standings with one win and seven losses, and in the next round, tomorrow at 18 pm, they will play Mornar.
