Chicago's basketball team defeated Utah 128:126, and the Bulls' hero Nikola Vucevic, who scored the winning goal four seconds before the end of the game.
Vučević played a great game, scoring a season-high 35 points, along with seven rebounds, five assists and two blocks. The Montenegrin basketball player continues to excel in his 15th season in the NBA, averaging 16,4 points and 9,3 rebounds.
Also, Vučević is second on the all-time list of Chicago centers in terms of the number of games played with at least 30 points.
The game against Utah is the third this season that Vučević has directly decided. He previously hit a three-pointer to win against Philadelphia and then against Portland.
During the first quarter, the teams exchanged leads, and the first breakaway was made by Chicago, which took a 65:56 lead in the second quarter after an 11:0 run.
The Bulls maintained their nine-point lead until halftime, and were in the lead until midway through the third period, when Utah, after six consecutive points, came within 76:73, and then took an 81:79 lead.
Entering the fourth quarter, the score was tied (94:94), but in the final quarter, Chicago, after a 7:0 run, reached a record plus 12 - 116:104.
But it didn't end there, because Utah responded, made an 8:0 run and tied the game 57 seconds before the end - 124:124. Then Huerter gave Chicago the lead (126:124), Sensabo tied it (126:126), and then Vučević crowned his best game of the season in terms of points.
For Chicago, Ayo Dosunmu scored 15 points, Patrick Williams had 13, and Jalen Smith added 12 points and 10 rebounds.
For Utah, Bryce Sensabaugh scored a career-high 43 points, 21 of which came in the first quarter. Keyonte George added 25 points and seven assists, and Kyle Filipowski had 19 points, seven rebounds and four assists.
Denver's basketball players defeated Dallas 118:109 today and achieved their third consecutive victory.
Denver was led by Jamal Murray with 33 points and five assists, Aaron Gordon scored 22 points with six rebounds, and Peyton Watson had 18 points with five rebounds.
The most efficient players for Dallas were Naji Marshall with 24 points, Brandon Williams with 20 points and seven rebounds, and Caleb Martin with 15 points.
The Los Angeles Clippers defeated Washington 119:105 and achieved their fourth consecutive victory. The Clippers were led by Kawhi Leonard with 33 points, four assists and four steals, while James Harden scored 22 points with eight assists and five rebounds.
Washington lost its fourth consecutive game, and the most efficient players on the team were Kishon George with 23, Khris Middleton with 17 points and Marvin Bagley with 15 points and 11 rebounds.
