Podgorica Bemax basketball players will host Radnički from Kragujevac tomorrow (17) in the sixth round of the ABA2 league.
Both teams are winless in the regional championship so far, so the duel in the "Bemax Arena" is an opportunity for one of these two teams to achieve their first victory.
"After a month, we will continue the competition in the ABA2 league, and we will be playing against Radnički. It is clear that neither we nor Radnički have started well this season in the regional competition, but regardless, I believe that this will be an interesting duel. We are in a busy rhythm and in a series of very important matches in the domestic competition, so this match does not come at an ideal timing, but we will certainly try to lift ourselves with a victory before the important matches that lie ahead of us," said Podgorica coach Miodrad Kadija.
After Radnički, Podgorica will face away matches against MZT and Helios at home until the end of the ABA2 league season.
"We are being visited by Radnički, a team that represents a combination of young and experienced players. It won't be easy, but we are certainly motivated to play a good match and to boost our confidence with a victory before the important games that lie ahead," said Podgorica basketball player Denil Krnić.
When it comes to other Montenegrin teams, Mornar lost to Helios two days ago (72:69), Primorje will host Borac from Banja Luka on January 20 (18), and Sutjeska will play Student on January 26 (20).
