The starting lineups for the NBA All-Star Weekend, which will take place on February 15th in Inglewood, the home of the Los Angeles Clippers, have been announced.
The starting five from the Western Conference are Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (Oklahoma), Luka Doncic of the LA Lakers, Steph Curry of Golden State, San Antonio's Victor Wembley and Denver's ace Nikola Jokic.
Starting from the East will be Milwaukee's Giannis Antetokounmpo, Boston's Jaylen Brown, New York's Jaylen Branson, Detroit's Cade Cunningham and Philadelphia's Tyrese Maxey.
Foreign basketball players will play on the World Team, which will play against one of two teams made up of American players, as part of the new All-Star Weekend format.

The league management reacted by changing the format after player and fan interest in All-Star Weekend decreased, so under the new rules, a mini-tournament will be played on February 15th between two teams consisting of American players and one team from the rest of the world.
This year, All-Star participants will be selected regardless of position, and the process for assigning players to the two American teams will be determined at a later date, as will the reserve players.
Teams will be composed of at least eight players, and games will be played for 12 minutes.
Team A will play against team B in the first match, and the winner of that match will play against team C in the second match.
The losers from the first game will meet and play against C in the third game.
The top two teams will play for the title, and the final game is planned to be played in a standard format with all four quarters.
