Anthony Davis was traded to Dallas a year ago for Luka Dončić, and the Mavericks lost too much from that trade.
Davis was just traded to Washington for the 30th pick and plus one more provided they are not in the top 20 teams in the NBA standings this season.
Of course, the Texas club will be exempt from the "luxury" tax.
And Chicago isn't stopping after trading Nikola Vučević to Boston, the Illinois club is once again in the running.
Kobe White and Mike Conley are moving to Charlotte, and Collin Sexton is coming to Chicago, which gets three second-round picks. As part of the deal, the Bulls will also acquire Usman Dieng from Oklahoma City.
Chicago previously brought in Conley in a three-way deal with Minnesota and Detroit.
