Former Partizan basketball player Cameron Payne will continue his career in the NBA, with the Philadelphia team, the black and whites confirmed today.
As stated by the Belgrade club, at a time when Carlik Jones is one step away from returning to the court, Partizan has made the decision to accept an offer of $1.750.000 for Payne's transfer to Philadelphia.
The American point guard, who arrived in the black and whites during the season to replace Jones' absence with experience and quality, has attracted the interest of Philadelphia, which has approached Partizan with a desire to bring Payne back to the NBA, Partizan stated.
Partizan thanked Payne for everything and wished him much success in the rest of his career.
