Besiktas first Eurocup finalist, Burg wins the championship in Ankara

Besiktas is the first finalist of the Eurocup for the 2025/26 season.

Dušan Alimpijević's team defeated Bahçeşehir in the second match - they won away 82:72 and with a 2:0 lead in the series, they have a chance to fight for the trophy.

Brighton Lemar led the "black and whites" with 18 points, Devon Dotson scored 16, and Jonah Matthews and Ante Žižić each scored 12...

For Bahçeşehir, the most efficient player was Malachi Flynn with 16 goals.

The second finalist will be known after the Masters in France - Burg and Turk Telekom will meet.

The Turks won the first game away from home 99:71, and tonight they allowed Burg to fully return to the series on their home court - it was 76:73 after great excitement.

Bot Gah and Asemjan Mular each had 15 points in Burg, while the best scorer for the hosts was Montenegrin national team player Kyle Olmen with 25 points, while Marko Simonović recorded six points and eight rebounds.

Burg is hosting a masterclass which will be played on April 8th.

The final series begins on April 22nd in Istanbul, the rematch is on the 28th, and the eventual winner is on May 1st.
