Oklahoma City defeated San Antonio 122-113 last night at home, tying the series at 1-1 in the NBA Western Conference playoff finals.
The reigning NBA champions were led to victory by league MVP Shai Gilges-Alexander with 30 points, nine assists and four rebounds, while six other players scored in double figures.
Alex Caruso added 17, Chet Holmgren 13, Jared McCain and Cason Wallace each had 12, while Isaiah Hartenstein and Ajayi Mitchell each scored ten points.
In San Antonio, Stephon Castle was the best with 25 points, Devin Vassell added 22, while Victor Wembanyama finished the game with 21 points, 17 rebounds, six assists and four blocks.
Oklahoma led by 11 points at halftime and had an eight-point lead heading into the final quarter, but San Antonio came within 99:97 after Harrison Barnes' three-pointer with nine minutes left.
The next two and a half minutes were crucial as Oklahoma went on an 11-0 run and practically broke the tie.
The third game of this series will be played on Friday night into Saturday, and will be hosted by San Antonio.
