Fletcher Maggie remains a basketball player. The future of Volley - the great American shooter has extended his contract with the "blues" for another season.
"To the delight of all basketball fans in Podgorica, our favorite shooter will wear the Budućnost Voli jersey next season as well. The guy, who will be playing his seventh season in our city next season, has long become one of the favorites of the audience in 'Morača', so many Podgorica residents rightly consider him one of their own. His recognizable three-point series, quick throw-out and seemingly unstoppable shot often brought the audience to their feet," said Budućnost.
Megi came to Montenegro in 2020, when he signed for SC Derbi, with whom he won the ABA2 league in 2021. He played for the "students" for three seasons, and then moved to Buducnost.
"Although he missed part of last season due to injury, upon his return to the court, Megi showed how much he means to our team with his character and shooting quality. Fleč, we continue together," said Buducnost.
