Former Maccabi Tel Aviv basketball player Lonnie Walker will continue his career with the Denver Nuggets, American media reported today.
Walker, according to ESPN, has agreed to a one-year, $3,3 million contract with the Nuggets.
He averaged 15,2 points and 2,5 rebounds last season with Maccabi.
He last played in the NBA for Philadelphia in the 2024/25 season, when he averaged 12,4 points, and is now entering his eighth season in the league.
Walker, who was a first-round pick in the 2018 draft out of the University of Miami, spent his first four years in San Antonio, and then played for the Los Angeles Lakers, Brooklyn, Zalgiris, and Philadelphia.
This summer, he was also linked with Partizan, but nothing came of it.
