Bojana Gojković and Tomislav Bato Đinović won gold medals at the international boxing tournament Le Sentjur (Les Ceintures) in Paris.
A boxer from Budva and the Montenegrin national team, Gojković, defeated Frenchwoman Marianne Dantan by unanimous decision in the final of the 57-kilogram category. In the semifinals, she eliminated Lucy Pauli.
Boxer BK Zlatičanin, Đinović, like Gojković, won the final of the 60 kg category in a dominant manner, against Italian Manuel Cucci, by unanimous decision of the judges.
In the quarterfinals, he eliminated Italian Brian Abattaglia by unanimous decision, while he won the gold medal match by stoppage in the second round against Frenchman Lee Belhassel.

Coach Nikola Ružić said that he knew that Đinović and Gojković were ready, but that what they showed in the final exceeded even his expectations.
"As the tournament progressed, they got better and better, growing from match to match - technically, mentally and physically. Each outing in the ring was better than the last. In the gold medal matches, they showed their best performances - right when it mattered most. That's what true champions do - be the best when it's the hardest," said Ružić.
He stressed that the main goal remains the World Cup in September in Liverpool.
"Winning a tournament as part of preparations always means a lot for confidence, but we know that the real work is yet to come. This is a wind at our back and additional motivation to be in the best possible shape in September, when it matters most," said Ružić.
