Podgorica boxer Nikola Ilić is the winner of the international show "Podgorica Trophy", within the 19th edition of which Montenegrin boxers crossed gloves with rivals from Albania in the "Venom" hall.
Ivan Tijanić was declared the best technician, the most competitive pair was Veselin Dedić - Desjan Leši, the trophy for the best referee went to Rade Vujović, and the trophy for the best foreign boxer went to Rei Čolak.
The trophy for the best boxer of the show, Nikola Ilić, who won the bronze medal at the European Boxing Championship for Under-15s two months ago in Budva, was presented by the Secretary of the Secretariat for Sports of the Capital City, Darko Nikčević, who greeted everyone present at the beginning of the show and declared the competition open.
The best in other categories were awarded trophies by: former successful boxers Predrag Radošević and Boško Drašković, legendary coach Bajram - Bako Ademović and member of the BSCG Board of Directors Milorad Mihailović.
The "Podgorica Trophy" was also attended by the gold medalist at the European Junior Championships in Germany, Matija Roganović, who received a standing ovation from everyone present in the "Venom" hall.
BK Podgorica, which this year also had the support of the Capital City in its organization, plans to make the next, jubilee 20th "Podgorica Trophy" an international tournament lasting several days.
