Igor Ognjenović is the new president of the Karate Federation's Board of Directors, as decided at the association's election assembly.
Ognjenović received the support of 30 delegates.
22 delegates voted for his opposing candidate, Veselin Mićović.
Ognjenović succeeded Predrag Perković as President of the Board of Directors, who had held that position since January 9, 2022.
The Board of Directors also received support, and upon Ognjenivić's proposal, Zdravko Dragaš (Executive Director of Elektroprivreda), Boris Rašković (founder of the Water Group company), Denis Čekić (UDG) and Rada Rmandić (representative of Sport Vision) were elected.
Ognjenović announced that he would submit the names of the other members of the Board of Directors later.
