Nina Boljević bronze in Nuremberg

Cadet of the Podgorica taekwondo club Olimp Nina Boljević won a bronze medal at the President Cup G3/E3 in Nuremberg.

Boljević, who was seeded third, won the 55 kg category by defeating Croatia's Helena Lovrić 2:1 and France's Firdus Hamadu 2:0.

Her younger sister Lana Boljević competed in the 33 kg category and was seeded second in the tournament.

She was bye in the first round, while in the second she defeated Spaniard Ainora Pineiro Peres 2:0.

He was eliminated from the medal by a 2:0 defeat to Zumar Nur Bilgen from Turkey.

The President's Cup is one of the strongest tournaments in the points series, and this year it brought together 1.727 competitors.
