According to information from the Sports Journal, 23-year-old Mirko Ivanić, born in Bački Jark, could soon play in the jersey of the national team of Montenegro.
The offensive midfielder of BATE Borisova, according to the claims of this daily, has already spoken with the selector of the "Brave Falcons" Ljubiša Tumbaković.
The newspaper states that selector Tumbaković held preliminary talks with Ivanić a few days ago in Novi Sad, who should be at the next gathering of the "brave falcons".
Ivanić played 26 games and scored six goals in the Belarusian champions during the last year.
He went through Vojvodina school, trained in Proleter, and since January he has been a member of BATE Borisov.
He also recorded one appearance for the young Serbian national team.
