In the derby of the 12th round of the HNL, Rijeka defeated Osijek 3:0 and regained a six-point advantage over the Blues.
Marko Vešović played until the 83rd minute and participated in the action for the second goal. The Montenegrin representative shot from the edge of the penalty area, the Osijekians blocked the attempt, but Mario Gavranović ran up and sent the ball into the net.
