Celta's football players beat Granada 2:1 in the 35th round of the Primera Division and thus kept their chances of winning the fourth place in the table leading to the Champions League qualification.
The double scorer was Jago Aspas - in the 16th minute from the penalty and in the 76th minute, while Yusef El Arabi scored the goal for the guests in the 69th.
Celta is now four points behind Villarreal, who have lost twice and drawn once in their last three games.
There are still three rounds left until the end of Primera, and Celta definitely secured the Europa League with this triumph.
Granada faces a big fight for survival as it has 33 points, just one more than Sporting Gijon and Getafe, and four more than Levante, who are in the relegation zone.
