Sutjeska is intensifying - the Japanese striker Atomu Nabeda is close to signing a contract, and the midfielder from Bačka Zoran Milovac should also arrive today.
Unlike July last year, when coach Aleksandar Nedović arrived only 10 days before the start of the championship, when the team was hastily put together, the people of Nikšić this winter have enough time to prepare and strengthen themselves.
Nabeda (24 years old) wore the jersey of Japanese Shimitsu and his characteristics resemble the Japanese player who left the biggest mark near Bistrica, Fukui Masato. He can respond equally well in the forward and wing positions, and unlike Masat, he is better with his left foot.
As things currently stand, Nabeda is the best of the few Japanese who are training with Nikšić these days.
Milovac (28 years old) is a member of Voždovac and is playing on loan in Bačka.
Before them, Veljko Vuković became a new member of Sutjeska, along with returning Jovan Nikolić.
The people of Nikšić want to qualify for Europe, after finishing the half-season in 6th position.
On Tuesday, the team should move to Igalo, where they will perform the main phase of preparations.
