Another working day is behind the Montenegrin footballers, who are preparing for matches with Denmark and Sweden from Monday.
The national team is not yet complete, Zverotić, Bećiraj and Nikolić will join tomorrow during the day, but they are not in the combination for the Danes, because they have just finished their obligations in the clubs...
"It's nothing new that we're not complete, we don't remember when we played and trained in the strongest squad. We don't even think about it anymore, those of us who are there are working and ready to play the best we can. Everything, for now, is going as it should, the atmosphere is, as always, at the best level, it's also good that there are no injuries," says defender Saša Balić.
Balić is one of those who has yet to establish himself in the first team - it would not be a surprise if he was in the position of left back, considering that Volkov and Vlado Božović are not injured.
"I hope to play, that's normal, but the coaching staff decides. We will probably all get a chance against Denmark, so we'll see who will justify the trust and be in the team for Sweden," says Balić.
Newcomers Marko Vukčević and Esteban Saveljić will also get a chance...
"Vukčević went through the younger selections, he is a good player, he has some experience and I believe he will show that he is the future of the national team. As for Saveljić, it is not easy for him, because there is a language barrier, but we are all trying to help him. Several players know Spanish , they are available to him and I think he will fit in quickly".
Although the duel in Viborg is in three days, in the foreground is the match with Sweden, the last chance for Montenegro to once again hope to go to EURO 2016...
"We slowly started to prepare for that match as well. The coach talks to us, with each one of us individually, and tactical and psychological preparation is very important, because we all know what that match entails. We cannot threaten the Swedes, they are a strong team, but we will not to surrender in advance", concludes Balić.
