The long-time football player and coach of Sutjeska, Brajan Nanezić, is the new head of the professional staff of that team, it was announced to the MINA agency from the trophy-winning Nikšić club.
Nenezić will replace Mile Tomic on the bench, with whom the club's management terminated cooperation by mutual agreement.
Sports director of Nikšić club Nikola Jovović said that Nenezić is the child of Sutjeska, stating that he has been in the club since 1965.
"Nenetić led the Sutjeska youth team in the previous period and won the double crown. This season they are on the right track to repeat the same result. This is a man who has been in Sutjeska for a long time, he is a child of the club, a long-time player and coach," said Jovović.
According to him, the length of cooperation with Nenezić will depend on the results of Sutjeska.
"The goal of Sutjeska remains the performance in Europe and the fight for domestic trophies. After the cooperation, the club's management will summarize the results and decide whether they will extend the cooperation with Nenezić or they will consider someone else," said Jovović.
