Some Italian media have published information that Luizao, the captain of Benfica, is on his way to move to Juventus.
Allegedly, the experienced stopper has already reached an agreement on the personal conditions of cooperation and that it is necessary for the two clubs to agree on the amount of compensation.

"We are not negotiating with Juventus about Luiz, who has a contract with us for two more seasons. If they want to buy him, they should contact us, which has not been the case so far. However, even if they contact us, nothing will come of the deal , because Luisao is not for sale. Luisao arrived at "La Luz" in 2003 from Cruzeiro.

He started his career in Atlético Juventus, a small club from Sao Paolo.
