Joakim Lev's driver's license was revoked for six months for speeding and talking on a mobile phone while driving.
The coach of the German national team was left without a license after "accumulating" a large number of penalty points.
"I admit that sometimes, unfortunately, I drive too fast. Now I have learned my lesson and in the future I will change my behavior by driving more," said Lev.
This is not the first time that Lev has been disqualified, as in 2006 he was banned from driving for four weeks after driving at a speed of 134 kilometers per hour on a section of the motorway in Cologne with a 100 kilometers per hour limit.
The German national team will travel to Brazil on June 7, and they will play their first match at the World Cup on June 16 against Portugal in Salvador, in Group G.
