Previous attempts have been unsuccessful, and now the owner of the club, Dimitri Rybovoljev, has decided to send an "indecent" offer.
The Russian is ready to offer the Juventus strategist an annual salary of eight million euros, an unlimited amount of money for the transfer period and a free hand in bringing reinforcements.
Now it is up to Conte to respond to the offer.
The French vice-champion wants to take advantage of the current disagreement between Conte and the president of the "old lady" Andrea Agnelli regarding the extension of cooperation.
The planned meeting did not take place, which could mean that Conte is on his way out of Turin.
It was previously announced that Claudio Ranieri will be fired at the end of the season, and that he will collect 1,5 million euros as a result.
If Monaco fails to bring Conte, Jorge Jesus, head coach of Benfica, is the backup option.
Conte sat on the Juventus bench in the summer of 2011 and won three Italian championship titles, the national cup and two Italian Super Cups.
He also managed Arezzo, Bari, Atalanta and Siena.
