Georges Weah, the best African football player of all time, and recently the president of Liberia, will present the highest national award to Arsene Wenger, the former coach of Arsenal.
Wenger brought Vea to Monaco 30 years ago, and now it's time for the legendary footballer to thank the Frenchman.
Another football coach, Claude Le Roy, who recommended Vea to Wenger, when he saw him playing football at a youth team tournament in Cameroon, will receive the national recognition.
After Monaco, Vea continued his career in Milan, Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea, and in 1995 he received the Ballon d'Or, as the only African who was declared the best in the world.
He has been the president of Liberia since last December.
