A victory would certainly mean a lot and to end the year in the best possible way. At the same time, Vlaisavljević also agreed with what most of the public thinks - that he trains the most talented U21 national team since the existence of that selection.

"And I think she is the most talented, even though a lot of quality players have passed through this national team. But this team is really excellent, complete in all positions and I believe it is the best we have had so far. We have players from practically four or five years, from 1992 until 1996," said Vlaisavljević.

When one team spends as much energy as Montenegro did against favored Germany, it is logical to ask the question whether the same 11 players who carried the load with the "panzers" can give their maximum against Ireland.

However, Vlaisavljević made it clear that the first team that played against Germany does not change just like that.

"The squad will not change, because if you play as well against Germany, then there is no need for it. But everything is possible, we have one more training session before the game and maybe something will change. However, we will only change if some refreshment is needed, not because quality", pointed out Vlaisavljević and explained that in the previous days he had the task of "getting the team down to earth".

"Maybe they flew a little, and you journalists wrote a little more about them. Well, they certainly deserved it, but these are young guys and it certainly affects them. We worked and until the game we will work to make them a little let's put it down and I'll repeat what I said recently: The players are only as good as the last game shows, and we all know that it's the Republic of Ireland," concluded Vlaisavljević.
